valid family book.Join AECOM's 2025 Graduate ProgramAECOM is seeking a motivated Graduate Specialist - Stakeholder Management to join our Buildings + Places team. This role is designed for recent graduates in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering who are interested in combining technical knowledge with stakeholder engagement. You will support the delivery of high-quality projects by assisting with communication, coordination, and relationship-building between technical teams, clients, and external partners. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both engineering and stakeholder engagement within the built environment sector.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and site visits for engineering and design
- Support the preparation of project-related documentation including meeting minutes, technical
- Help track stakeholder requirements and ensure they are communicated clearly to project teams.
- Maintain stakeholder databases and records relevant to project phases and technical inputs.
- Contribute to technical reports and drawings by providing summaries of stakeholder feedback and
- Support engineers and architects in responding to client and authority queries.
- Assist with the preparation of project communication materials such as project briefs, design updates,
- Participate in multidisciplinary project teams to gain exposure to engineering design, project
- Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure stakeholder engagement activities are
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
- Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with interest in client-facing work.
