- To liaise between front office (Marketing/Business Development) and back office (Operations/Accounting/Compliance).
- To be responsible for ensuring that relevant documentation are in order for establishing the relationship and processing the customer's transactions.
- To assist Relationship Managers in handling the clients and their requirements.
- To assist Relationship Managers in addressing the customer queries on Bank's product and seek solution to their requests
- To perform other tasks as assigned by Relationship Manager & GRM
- Ensuring that all related documentations are processed in accordance with the Policy established and implemented by the Bank.
- Perform, also working in a team, administrative activities related to customer management.
- Pro-actively liaise with the customer in the management and resolution of problems and requests.
- Ensure the quality of the work carried out, as well as compliance with the deadlines, intervening operationally in urgent transactions.
- Ensure the proper management of customers guaranteeing internal compliance to the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Bank's other operating processes.
- Support Relationship Managers in assessing the management trend and economic performance of the reference customer and activating the necessary corrective actions.
- Handle preliminary activities and draft documents, proposals and marketing material
- Bachelor degree or post graduate in Economics/Marketing/Business/Law or related field
- Understanding of documentation and operating processes
- Computer literacy
- Good command of English
- Customer and detail oriented
- Ability to understand and exploit financial information and databases
- Familiar with local laws, banking regulations and practices added advantage
