The Student Financial Affairs Coordinator supports the day-to-day opera�ons of the Finance Office and serves as a key point
of contact for students regarding al maters related to their individual financial accounts with the university.Principal Responsibili�es
- Accurately process and post student charges, payments, scholarships, and discounts.
- Post daily payment receipt reports from the bank statement and online transac�ons.
- Post and reconcile fees for placement tests.
- Administer and fol ow up on student medical insurance, including col ec�ng necessary documenta�on for the
- Clear students for registra�on based on financial standing.
- Prepare and issue student invoices as needed.
- Monitor and fol ow up on outstanding student receivables.
- Respond promptly and professional y to student inquiries and correspondence.
- Assist students in understanding their account details and university policies and procedures related to student
- Perform general clerical du�es such as photocopying, filing, and scanning documents for digital record-keeping.
- Take and distribute minutes for Finance Office staff mee�ngs.
- Support the office with miscellaneous projects assigned.

- Effec�ve verbal and writen communica�on skills
- Collabora�ve team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Familiarity with ins�tu�onal refund policies and FERPA confiden�ality regula�ons.
- Knowledge and experience with El ucian Banner Student Informa�on System or similar pla�orms.
