Job Type: Full TimeWhat You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain coordinated 3D BIM models for mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water, drainage, and fire protection
  • Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes and optimize spatial coordination
  • Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and support interdisciplinary coordination meetings
  • Produce detailed shop drawings and construction documentation from the BIM model
  • Maintain model integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support BIM execution planning, ensuring adherence to LOD, UAE codes, and project-specific requirements
Ideal Profile
  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of UAE experience in mechanical BIM modeling within the construction sector
  • Strong command of Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; familiarity with Dynamo is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and their integration in BIM
  • Ability to troubleshoot modeling issues and work collaboratively under tight deadlines
