Scope: The Real Estate Investment Advisor is responsible for guiding clients through the process of making profitable real estate investments in Georgia. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, investment knowledge, and real estate market insight to provide clients with tailored advisory services.Responsibilities:Lead Management & Client Engagement· Make initial contact with potential clients once leads are received.· Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and messages to engage and qualify potential clients.· Arrange meetings (virtual or in-person) with clients to present investment opportunities.· Maintain timely and professional communication with all clients.Investment Advisory· Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities, including ROI, NPV, and rental yield analysis.· Prepare and deliver tailored investment proposals based on client financial goals.· Conduct property presentations, site visits, and investment briefings.· Track and monitor client portfolios, ensuring consistent value delivery.Reporting & Coordination· Provide regular updates and client feedback reports to the Investment Advisory Manager.· Document all client interactions in CRM systems.· Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Portfolio Management and Marketing teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.Market & Knowledge Development· Stay updated on Georgian real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.· Maintain awareness of construction, architectural, and property development aspects to better advise clients.Qualifications & Skills· 2–4 years of experience in sales (preferable in real estate), or investment advisory· Good financial acumen, with knowledge of ROI, NPV, IRR, and property valuation.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.· Fluent in Arabic and English (Russian or other languages an advantage).· Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools.· Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and client-focused.
