Job DescriptionThe Department of Chemical Engineering at the United Arab Emirates University invites applications for a full-time Research Assistant (RA) position. The RA will focus on the synthesis and characterization of MOF and MXene-based composite materials. Ideal candidates should have a strong ability to work independently and a proven track record in academic writing. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in Density Functional Theory (DFT) and an understanding of areas related to photo/electrocatalytic water splitting and CO₂ reduction, batteries/ supercapacitors.Minimum QualificationAn appropriate educational degree supplemented with documented evidence to support the following: BSc Chemical Engineering.
