- Assist in delivering continuous training programs to maintain certification and high safety standards.
- Ensure lifeguards comply with E&A standards and DAC safety protocols.
- Respond to major first aid incidents and lead emergency procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans for lifeguard staff.
- Work with other departments to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Science, or Hospitality Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in lifeguard operations or a customer service leadership role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team coordination skills.
