- Assist in rolling out the new sales structure across clinics and hospitals, ensuring consistency in sales execution and patient engagement.
- Collaborate with Senior Patient Admin Executives to achieve monthly revenue targets for assigned departments/doctors.
- Align and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs with Senior Patient Admin Executives to ensure performance optimization.
- Coordinate timely and consistent lead follow-ups via WhatsApp, calls, and CRM systems.
- Support the conversion of leads from Tier 1 consultations to confirmed bookings and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer data in the CRM and coordinate with the Call Center Supervisor to align agent activity with sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions, upselling tactics, and sales initiatives.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across services (e.g., wellness, surgery) to strengthen patient retention.
- Consolidate sales performance data across all locations, analyze trends, and highlight areas needing improvement.
- Prepare reports and recommendations to support branch managers.
- Assist in incentive considerations for staff exceeding performance targets.
- Provide administrative support, including organizing alignment meetings, preparing documentation, and managing sales-related materials.
- Support coordination among clinics, marketing, operations, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- 2-3 years of sales or business development experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
