- Welcome guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver meals and beverages promptly while ensuring service standards are met
- Prepare and set tables with linens, glassware, and silverware before service
- Suggest additional menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain smooth coordination with bar and service staff to ensure consistency
- Follow hotel procedures for billing, cashiering, and service checklists
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, HACCP, and Dubai Municipality regulations
- Handle special tasks or projects as directed by the restaurant manager
- Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking guests to provide personalized service
- Physically fit and able to lift, push, and carry up to 23 kilograms as needed
- Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for handling orders and payments
- Knowledge of local laws regarding food handling and alcohol service
- Warm, approachable, and strong communication skills
- Ability to provide attentive service while anticipating guest needs
- Russian language proficiency to support international guest satisfaction
