We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Packing Supervisor to oversee the packaging operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising packing staff, ensuring product quality and packaging standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily packing activities to meet production targets.Ensure products are packed according to company standards and customer requirements.Monitor staff performance, assign tasks, and provide guidance or training as needed.Check for packaging accuracy, labeling, and product quality before dispatch.Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the packing area.Ensure packing materials are available and properly used to minimize waste.Keep accurate records of packed goods, materials used, and any issues.salary 4000
