- Contribute to the design and implementation of pricing and inventory strategies in line with revenue management goals
- Conduct market research on competition, guest preferences, and economic trends affecting demand and price sensitivity
- Optimize property offerings, including rooms, spa, catering, and packages, adjusting for seasonality and holidays to maximize profitability
- Monitor revenue performance metrics such as occupancy and RevPAR, recommending corrective actions as required
- Prepare and analyze financial performance reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market share improvement
- Support strategic decisions by providing insights on demand forecasting and pricing strategies
- UAE National with Family Book as per government requirements
- 3-5 years of revenue management experience within international hospitality
- Expertise in demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and revenue maximization at the property level
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and commercial drivers
- Analytical and creative thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills
