- Screen for alignment with the ethos of client-first relationships, authenticity, and shared team commitment

- Selection & Onboarding
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate knowledge in specialized areas, communication, ethics, and team-fit.
- Collaborate with team leads and HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process-aligning new staff with company culture of supportiveness and excellence.
- Talent Pipeline & Employer Brand
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Promote company reputation as a values-centered real estate advisory
- Process & Metrics
- 5-7 years of recruitment experience within real estate (off-plan, property management, consulting).
- An understanding of Dubai's off-plan property market, including developer relationships, payment mechanisms, and legal frameworks would be an advantage, as well as knowledge of property management cycles.
- Possess and demonstrate excellent communication, assessment, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and candidate sourcing platforms.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and process optimization skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience working in UAE real estate sector is mandatory
- Multilingual-English (required), Arabic (advantageous).
