Currently based in the UAE
Proven experience as an Accountant in a multi-restaurant environment in the UAE is mandatory
Strong expertise in cash flow management, purchasing reconciliation, and daily sales tracking
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
Hands-on experience with Xero or Intuit QuickBooks
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlinesKey Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records for multiple outlets
Daily reconciliation of sales, purchases, and petty cash
Manage cash flow, vendor payments, and cost control
Process supplier invoices and prepare monthly P&L reports
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Ensure compliance with tax laws and local regulations
