Procurement Engineer

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements and company policies.
• Prepare and evaluate RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs for materials, equipment, and services.
• Source and select reliable suppliers and contractors, negotiating terms and prices.
• Review and approve purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement within facilities management or construction sectors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE market regulations and supplier networks.
