Guildhall is working with a globally recognized construction and engineering firm to identify a suitable candidate for a Commercial Professional role. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level professional with experience in cost estimation, quotations, and project coordination.Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently prepare quotations, cost comparisons, and estimation reports
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather pricing and technical information
  • Support commercial negotiations and assist in contract preparation and review
  • Ensure accurate cost analysis, reporting, and documentation for assigned projects
  • Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant commercial or estimation experience in construction or engineering
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Excellent attention to detail in managing commercial documents and reports
  • Outgoing personality with a positive, professional attitude
  • Female preferred
  • Any nationality; Arabic language skills are an advantage
