Job Description :Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Chocolatier with over 5 years of hands-on experience in crafting high-quality chocolate products. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for chocolate artistry, strong technical skills in tempering, molding, and decorating chocolates, and the creativity to develop innovative chocolate recipes and designs.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and create a wide range of chocolate products including bars, truffles, bonbons, and seasonal specialtiesTemper chocolate to achieve perfect texture and shineDesign and execute chocolate decorations and packaging presentationsMaintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and safety in the kitchenCollaborate with the culinary team to develop new chocolate recipes and seasonal collectionsManage inventory of raw materials and ingredients related to chocolate productionTrain junior staff or apprentices as neededStay updated on industry trends and new chocolate techniquesRequirementsMinimum 5 years experience as a professional ChocolatierStrong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and decoration techniquesExcellent creativity and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced kitchen environmentGood organizational and time management skillsFood hygiene and safety certification (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) preferredFormal culinary education or pastry/chocolate-specific certification preferred (e.g., diploma from a culinary school, chocolate artisan certification)Passion for chocolate and confectionery craftsmanshipExperience working with luxury or artisanal chocolate brandsGood command of English. Additional languages are a plus.
