- Straighten frames, panels, and chassis with accuracy
- Remove dents and dimples using specialized tools and techniques
- Perform welding, filing, sanding, and finishing on repaired areas
- Ensure structural integrity and safety compliance during all repair work
- Follow workshop safety rules and maintain tools in good condition
- High School/Secondary School, Trade Certificate, or Vocational Training in auto body repair
- Mid level experience in denting and auto body repairs
- Knowledge of welding (arc and gas preferred)
- Ability to read and follow technical repair instructions
- Basic English speaking and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving
