Job Description: Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & SupervisionSupervise daily site works for civil and structural activities.Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.2. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and labour for smooth execution of work.Liaise with consultants/clients for inspections and approvals.Report daily site progress to the Project Engineer/Manager.3. Quality ControlInspect work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.Maintain records of inspections, tests, and material deliveries.Identify and resolve technical/site issues promptly.4. Materials & ResourcesEnsure availability of required materials and tools.Verify and approve material deliveries as per specifications.Reduce wastage of materials and resources on site.5. Health & SafetyEnsure site safety compliance and adherence to HSE guidelines.Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings when necessary. RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.Experience:3-5 years in construction (UAE experience preferred).Exposure to residential/commercial/infrastructure projects.Skills:Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices and site management.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Good communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Office and site management software (AutoCAD preferred).Other:UAE driving license is an advantage.Willing to work at project site locations and in varying weather conditions.
