Experience: 3+ years in banking/financial operationsJob OverviewBitunix is seeking a detail-oriented Banking Operations Specialist or Manager to streamline and oversee daily banking and treasury processes, ensuring the secure and efficient movement of funds across our fintech and crypto platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesManage banking infrastructure, accounts, and reconciliation processesEnsure accurate and timely settlements across fiat and crypto transactionsCoordinate with banking partners, custodians, and compliance teamsMonitor liquidity, cash flow, and payment pipelinesAssist in implementing new banking solutions and integrationsTroubleshoot transaction issues and implement risk controlsRequirementsProven experience in banking operations, payment processing, or treasury functionsStrong understanding of crypto/forex environmentsFamiliar with SWIFT, SEPA, and blockchain settlementsProficient in Excel and/or banking dashboardsFluency in Mandarin is a plus
