- Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive program focused on governance in technology, AI, and innovation.
- Lead strategic projects, thought leadership initiatives, and targeted interventions (workshops, trainings, and convenings) to engage industry stakeholders and policymakers.
- Oversee business development, partnerships, and fundraising to ensure financial sustainability of the program.
- Drive research and produce high-quality, bi-lingual content (e.g., articles, white papers, and reports) to establish thought leadership in AI governance and responsible innovation.
- Manage program operations, team mentorship, and performance metrics to ensure impactful outcomes.
- Engage with senior leaders, investors, and tech stakeholders to promote governance-enabled growth.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in program management within tech companies, startups, research centers, think tanks, or non-profits.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, data ethics, regulatory compliance, and sustainability frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO/IEC 42001, responsible AI).
- Proven track record in business development, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in impact-driven program design, research, and curriculum development.
- Fluency in English (Arabic highly desirable).
