Your core responsibility will include site supervision, client coordination, testing, and ensuring all MEP systems meet project and regulatory standards, especially in irrigation-related applications.What You'll Do
- Coordinate and execute design reviews, construction monitoring, and commissioning of MEP systems
- Advise project stakeholders on procurement, installation, and testing of mechanical components
- Supervise tests at factories and on-site to ensure quality and compliance
- Define engineering scopes, schedules, and resource plans for assigned project segments
- Track progress, manage procurement schedules, and handle scope modifications
- Collaborate with procurement and subcontractor teams during bidding and implementation
- Provide technical guidance to other engineers and coordinate interdisciplinary efforts
- Ensure client specifications are consistently met across all technical functions
- Prepare detailed reports and technical documentation for client and internal use
- Review contracts and ensure smooth flow of project communication and compliance
- Assist the project manager in all planning and execution activities
- Identify technical issues early and implement corrective measures
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
- At least 8 years of MEP experience within infrastructure and utility projects
- Proven expertise with irrigation pumping stations is mandatory
- Strong understanding of design coordination, construction supervision, and testing procedures
- Ability to interpret technical contracts and oversee multi-disciplinary teams
- Effective communicator and problem-solver with strong client interfacing capabilities
