Estimator

• Develop and prepare complete cost estimates for construction projects in Abu Dhabi
• Review project specifications, drawings, and proposals to assess project costs
• Gather and analyze quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to incorporate into estimates
• Conduct feasibility studies and promote cost-saving measures through value engineering
• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and related documentation
• Collaborate with project teams for effective budget management and tracking
• Monitor and report on estimated versus actual project costs throughout the project lifecycle
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with selected vendors

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of estimating experience in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes and cost estimation techniques
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of local market conditions and regulations in Abu Dhabi
