Job Type: Full-timeCore Duties
- Supervise daily operations of beach and pool facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and a luxury atmosphere.
- Oversee guest services, recreational setups, equipment, and special activities to meet brand standards.
- Plan and coordinate recreation programs including water sports, beach games, and seasonal events.
- Conduct team briefings, support recruitment, and provide coaching and training for recreation staff.
- Prepare reports on staffing, guest logs, and sales; assist with cost control and resource management.
- Uphold safety, hygiene, and emergency response standards across all recreation areas.
- Step into the Recreation Manager role when required, ensuring smooth continuity of operations.
- At least 1 year of experience in recreation, beach, or health club operations within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Supervisory or managerial exposure is advantageous.
- CPR and First Aid certifications; fitness or recreation-related licenses are an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, guest service, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance, proactive and detail-oriented, with resilience under pressure.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage in a multicultural environment.
