- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to novated LLI packages within the project scope.
- Engage with all stakeholders including Company where necessary.
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of novated equipment and packages, ensuring alignment with project schedules, cost targets, and technical requirements.
- Interface with engineering, procurement, Project Controls, expediting, quality, logistics, and construction teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Oversee vendor management, including technical clarification, progress tracking, inspections, and FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests).
- Monitor and report on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies for each novated package to senior management and the client.
- Ensure that all documentation (e.g., MRBs, ITPs, data books, certifications) is complete and compliant before delivery.
- Collaborate with QA/QC to address NCRs, deviations, and corrective actions related to LLI packages.
- Work closely with logistics teams to plan and execute safe, timely, and compliant delivery of equipment to the site.
- Participate in project meetings, vendor visits, and site coordination activities related to LLI equipment.
- Ensure smooth transition and handover of packages to construction, commissioning, and turnover teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in multi-disciplinary, complex & critical package management or procurement/delivery roles in EPC oil & gas projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing long lead equipment (e.g., compressors, turbines, reactors, pressure vessels, etc.) through the full lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of novation processes and implications in EPC contract structures.
- Proficiency in using project management and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SmartPlant, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with international codes, standards, and QA/QC practices.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail under schedule pressure.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Previous experience on megaprojects in the oil & gas (onshore/offshore) sector.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export regulations, and logistics planning for oversized/critical equipment.
