Personality: Smart, switched-on, and professional Looking for a proactive and well-presented HR / Personal Assistant to support management and handle day-to-day HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a good personality, be switched on, and bring 2-3 years of relevant experience.Key Responsibilities
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative and PA tasks.
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Maintain schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate calendars.
- Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external parties.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant / PA / Admin.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Smart, professional, and switched-on personality.
- Preference for candidates based in Sharjah.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
