Draft and review of legal documents.
Review and negotiate contracts and agreements related to maritime activities such as CCAs, JV agreements, Agency Agreements, VSAs, Slot Charter & Swap Agreements, Dead Freight and Terminal Service Agreements for the group companies in all jurisdictions.
Drafting POAs, assisting in notarization and legalization of documents.
Assist the team for all corporate related matters, license renewals, new company registrations/ strike-offs, shareholding/director/ activity changes of the companies worldwide.
Identify, analyze, and assess legal and compliance risks, both contractual and regulatory.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
Collaborate with external legal professionals and experts to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Maritime industry.
Specific experience with agreement drafting and review is essential.
