  • Manage a defined portfolio of commercial customers with a focus on activation, cross-sell, and revenue growth
  • Achieve monthly and annual targets for customer acquisition, wallet share, and product penetration
  • Reactivate dormant and inactive accounts while maintaining strong customer satisfaction
  • Cross-sell full suite of FAB banking products, including accounts, lending, trade, FX, and bancassurance
  • Maintain updated and accurate KYC data and ensure full regulatory compliance
  • Deliver high-quality onboarding and account management to both borrowing and non-borrowing clients
  • Prepare daily sales and performance reports for internal tracking and reviews
  • Refer eligible clients to coverage RMs or product specialists for advanced servicing
  • Ensure no mis-selling and maintain transparency in all customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training, development, and market awareness programs
  • Monitor customer conduct, manage account excesses, and resolve client issues promptly
  • Support internal audit and risk teams by following strict governance and SOP frameworks
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business, Corporate, or Commercial Banking
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume, mixed-risk customer portfolio
  • Strong product knowledge in business banking solutions
  • Exceptional communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
  • Compliance-oriented with a deep understanding of KYC and internal controls
  • Experience in financial markets within the UAE is advantageous
