Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle correspondence via email, phone, and mail.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and conference logistics.
Support inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
Perform data entry, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
