We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office operations, manage schedules, handle correspondence, and assist with various administrative tasks to help the organization run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Greet visitors and answer incoming calls professionally.
Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle correspondence via email, phone, and mail.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and conference logistics.
Support inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
Perform data entry, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
