Prepare and review final accounts and variation orders
Oversee junior surveyors and support staff
Ensure project costs align with budgets and contractual obligations
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultantsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; professional accreditation preferred
Extensive experience in large-scale construction projects
Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proficiency in QS software and project management tools
