Job Description:Details of the Division and Team:Structurer is responsible for all activities required to define, design, develop and deliver new products to support the business strategy. You will co-originate transactions with the Investment Banking teams including Leveraged finance, Investment banking coverage, structured finance, and financial sponsors. You will serve as a key point of contact for the Investment Banking private side stakeholders into TF&L and vice versa and will be reporting to Head of Trade Finance and Lending, MEA. As a senior transactor within TF&L you will be responsible for originating, structuring, negotiating and executing working capital, documentary trade and lending transactions as well as working together with product specialists in natural resource financing and structured trade and export financing.
