Job Type: Full TimePosition OverviewAs Assistant Store Manager, you will drive customer satisfaction and sales by supporting the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations. From leading the store team and delivering excellent service standards to executing brand strategies and maintaining compliance, your leadership will directly impact profitability and the overall in-store experience.What You'll Do

Assist the Store Manager in leading day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, performance reviews, and scheduling
Drive a customer-centric culture by delivering outstanding service standards across all customer touchpoints
Monitor and drive sales performance by setting clear goals and coaching the team to achieve key KPIs
Coordinate with marketing, planning, and buying teams to align store execution with campaigns and promotions
Manage inventory, minimize stock loss, and ensure accurate visual merchandising in line with brand standards
Handle store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring smooth functionality and customer satisfaction
Implement operational policies, maintain store security and ensure compliance with company standards

Ideal Profile

Diploma or High School Certificate; retail-related qualifications are an advantage
4-5 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong understanding of store KPIs and experience driving sales growth
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage operational challenges and deliver consistent performance
