Job DescriptionSommelier | Dubai | New opening Italian RestaurantWe are excited to announce an opening for a SOMMELIER to join the team of a famous Italian restaurant launching in Dubai, UAE. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class concept from the very beginning.What We're Looking For:
  • Certified Sommelier or extensive wine knowledge with strong pairing expertise, especially in Italian wines.
  • Previous luxury dining or fine dining restaurant experience.
  • Passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and enhancing the dining journey through wine.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Additional languages are a plus (with language allowance provided).
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: AED 8,100
  • Service Charge: AED 400 - 1,000
  • Tips: up to AED 2,000
  • Language Allowance: AED 300
  • Accommodation: Single room provided
  • Transport & Meals: Fully covered by employer
  • Annual Flight Tickets
  • Comprehensive employee benefits as per UAE labor law
Work Schedule & Dates:
  • Work Week: Alternating schedule - 5 days one week, 6 days the next
  • Venue Opening: September / October 2025
