- Support the two sales executives in the Dubai showroom with a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining client records.
- Act as the first point of contact for showroom visitors, offering a warm welcome and exceptional customer service.
- Handle incoming enquiries (phone, email, and in-person) and ensure they are professionally responded to or handed over to the appropriate salesperson.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the showroom to reflect the brand's luxury aesthetic.
- Coordinate sample requests, stock updates, delivery timelines, and documentation as needed.
- Assist with showroom events and client presentations where necessary.
- Support sales tracking, invoicing, and order follow-ups as part of the wider client service process.
- Previous experience in a client-facing administrative or showroom coordination role, ideally within the interiors, furniture, or luxury goods sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confident in engaging with high-end clientele.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM or order-tracking systems.
- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, boutique-style environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
