The Junior Steward / Stewardess is a front-line interior crew member responsible for ensuring the guest areas are immaculately maintained and service is delivered to a luxury hospitality standard. This role suits individuals with previous experience in hostessing, waitressing, or premium F&B environments who are looking to transition into the yachting industry.Key Responsibilities:Guest Service
- Support service operations including welcome service, drinks, table setup, and guest requests
- Assist in food and beverage delivery with a polished, attentive approach
- Uphold a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times
- Maintain guest cabins, indoor lounges, and common areas to high standards
- Assist with laundry, folding, pressing, and cabin turn-down service
- Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and towels as required
- Follow direction from senior stews and assist across all interior duties
- Maintain hygiene, organisation, and readiness across all service and guest areas
- Proactively support team during busy periods, charters, and events
- Minimum 1 year experience in hostessing, waitressing, or hotel F&B service
- Strong eye for detail, excellent presentation, and positive attitude
- Confident, well-groomed, and guest-focused
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to guest needs
- Fluent English speaker with clear communication
- Experience in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, or hospitality events
- Familiarity with housekeeping procedures or yacht interior standards
- Additional language skills
