- Assess patients with communication and swallowing difficulties using standardized tools and clinical evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
- Provide therapy for a wide range of conditions, including developmental delays, neurological disorders, hearing impairments, and post-stroke rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home-based exercises to support progress.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records in line with hospital and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in speech-language pathology and therapy techniques.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy/Pathology or related field.
- Valid UAE healthcare professional license or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience in speech therapy, including pediatric exposure preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Proficiency in using therapeutic tools, devices, and assessment software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care to patients and families
