- Promote gift cards, capture customer data, and ensure accurate records
- Support store merchandising, stock organization, and promotional campaigns
- Thank customers and encourage repeat visits to build long-term loyalty
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or brand management
- Strong knowledge of customer service, sales operations, and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically able to lift stock and stand for extended periods (minimum 8 hours)
- Reliable, energetic, and committed to delivering outstanding service
