The Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of recreational, social, and cultural activities to enhance the overall experience of our guests/members/employees. The role involves coordinating with different departments to ensure successful event execution and fostering an engaging environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a calendar of activities and events aligned with organizational goals and guest preferences.
Coordinate logistics, resources, and staff for events and activities.
Collaborate with vendors, entertainers, and service providers.
Promote activities through various channels to maximize participation.
Ensure all activities comply with safety and health regulations.
Gather feedback from participants to improve future events.
Manage budgets and maintain records of activities and expenditures.
Supervise and motivate activity staff and volunteers.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Recreation, or related field.
Proven experience in event planning or activities coordination.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Creativity and enthusiasm for engaging with diverse groups.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
