In your dual role, you will support Australian-based Service Consultants by overseeing all onboarding and offboarding administration for Australia Contractors. This includes preparing employment contracts, booking pre-employment medicals and police checks, arranging travel, and ensuring timely processing of contract extensions and rate changes. Simultaneously, you will manage your team’s performance, delegate tasks effectively, and drive continuous improvement in workflows and service delivery.Principle Accountabilities:
- Act as the senior point of contact for the offshore Service Administration team.
- Lead, coach, and support the Service Administrators to meet key deliverables and performance targets.
- Allocate and balance workloads, monitor turnaround times, and ensure service excellence is consistently delivered.
- Provide ongoing training, onboarding, and mentoring for team members.
- Perform service administration duties, including contractor onboarding, contract preparation, compliance checks, rate changes, and offboarding processes.
- Liaise with Australian Service Consultants and the Service Manager to ensure client and contractor needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on team outputs to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
- Proven experience in a leadership or team coordination role, preferably in an administrative or service delivery function.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); experience with CRM or ERP systems highly regarded.
- Highly organised with strong time management, task delegation, and prioritisation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment or contractor workforce administration is an advantage.
