As the leader of our concierge team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive world-class service and unforgettable experiences during their stay.
  • Lead and motivate the concierge team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee daily operations of the concierge desk, including scheduling and task delegation
  • Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression of our hotel
  • Manage luggage handling and valet parking services
  • Offer detailed information about hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and tourism activities
  • Promote and explain our loyalty program to guests
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel entrance area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for the concierge team
  • Train and mentor new team members
  • Manage a flexible 7-day roster, including morning and evening shifts including public holidays.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Concierge Shift leader or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Outstanding customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions
