Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose various ocular conditions accurately.
Develop evidence-based treatment plans for patients, focusing on both surgical and non-surgical interventions.
Perform advanced surgical procedures, including cataract extraction, refractive surgery, and eyelid surgeries.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery for patients.
Educate patients and their families about eye health, treatment options, and preventive care measures.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Engage in continuous medical education and stay abreast of the latest advancements in ophthalmology.
Requirements
Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology.
Current medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Consultant Ophthalmologist.
Proven expertise in performing a variety of ophthalmic procedures and surgeries.
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills related to eye diseases.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
