Track participation rates and collect feedback to measure success
Assist in various HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the managerQualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Design, or related field
Must be locally available in the UAE (no visa sponsorship)
Strong interest in HR, employee engagement, and culture development
Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or PowerPoint
Excellent communication and organizational skills
