- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects from inception to closure.
- Apply PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile/Scrum best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to align project goals with organizational strategy.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and documentation to senior management
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance and industry standards.
- Required Qualifications & Certifications:
- Strong foundation in IT project management principles and practices.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- PRINCE2 Practitioner (or higher)
- Certified Scrum Master / Agile certification
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience, preferably in IT-related projects.
- Proven track record in delivering projects within the utilities sector (water, electricity, energy, or related industries).
- Experience working in large-scale transformation or digitalization programs.
- Strong command of both Arabic and English is preferential but not essential.
- Onsite availability in Abu Dhabi is mandatory (no remote arrangements).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in multicultural, multi-stakeholder environments.
