The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to promote Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle's brand presence. This role requires identifying customer needs, applying in-depth product knowledge, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and operational standards.What You'll Do
- Deliver customer service excellence in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines, ensuring every interaction meets or exceeds expectations.
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate when necessary while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Consistently achieve and aim to exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including cleanliness, tidiness, and product replenishment.
- Comply with store security procedures to minimize stock loss.
- Utilize advanced selling skills to drive high-value transactions and foster repeat business.
- Assist customers in locating products, including across other Majid Al Futtaim Fashion brands if needed.
- High School Certificate
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a sales-driven mindset
