Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and firefighting systems.Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.Troubleshoot electrical circuits, plumbing networks, pumps, motors, and HVAC units.Maintain logs and records of all maintenance activities and repairs.Coordinate with other technicians and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
