
Head of HR (part-time) (m/f/d)

- Build the HR Function: Establish and lead the HR department, setting up tools, processes, and policies tailored to the startup's growth stage.
- HR Policies & Procedures: Draft, implement, and continuously improve HR manuals, employee handbooks, and SOPs in alignment with UAE labor laws and international best practices.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Work with leadership to shape company culture, org design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead talent acquisition strategies and processes across all business units, ensuring high-quality hires and smooth onboarding experiences.
- Performance Management: Design and embed performance review frameworks and KPIs that promote accountability and growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Benchmark and implement competitive, startup-appropriate salary structures and benefits, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a values-driven, inclusive, and high-performance culture through initiatives, internal communication, and feedback loops.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and workplace safety standards.
- People Analytics & Reporting: Implement basic HR tech systems and provide leadership with people insights, dashboards, and workforce analytics
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus).
- Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, including leadership roles in both startup and corporate/group environments.
- Proven experience in setting up an HR function from the ground up.
- Expertise in writing and rolling out HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance standards.
- Experience with scaling teams in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
