Job Description:The job holder is responsible for working with the Facilities Manager to ensure that all facilities are maintained regularly and repairs are resolved promptly.Responsibilities:Operational Standards and Management

Conduct preventive maintenance of equipment as per the schedule prepared in line with equipments manual
Conduct breakdown maintenace in prompt manner to keep down time as minimum as possible.
Trouble shooting of elecrical faults, Trip in electrical system
Attending basic AC complaints and plumbing complaints
Maintenance of Faullt record to monitor the the down time of the outlet.
Provide requirements of spare parts required to attend the call
Proper management of spare parts stock to keep downtime minimum
Keep all tools in proper maintained conditions
Ensure maitenance is carried out with calibrated instruments wherever required.
Analysing the faults and take necessary corrective action to avoid any reoccurrence of problem

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma
5 Years as an electrician
2 years in UAE
Knowledge of all electrical systems, Electrical distribution network
Basic Knowledge of AC and plumbing systems
Result orientation
Teamwork & collaboration
Communication skills
Analytical skills
Planning and organising skills
Customer service orientation
