Key Responsibilities:Reception & Front Office Management:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, letters).
Sales Coordination & Support:
  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices.
  • Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, etc.) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and CRM records.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling client documentation.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain records of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with basic HR or administrative functions as required.
  • Handle filing, scanning, and organizing company documents.
