- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, letters).
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, etc.) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and CRM records.
- Support in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling client documentation.
- Maintain records of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with basic HR or administrative functions as required.
- Handle filing, scanning, and organizing company documents.
