Business Analyst

• Have 3- 5 years of experience working as Business Analyst.
• Create and maintain Different tech documents like BRD, FSD etc
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Liaising with dev team and business team and give any heads up to stake holders regarding any potential threat to project
• Should have worked on Agile methodology
• Hands on experience checking REST API's would be added advantage
• Should evaluate test cases written by QA team.
• Should be hands on with Project management tools like JIRA
• Should Do proper release planning by taking approvals from relevant stake holders, create release documents etc.

• Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in an IT management position.
• 5 years in a technology-driven role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
