Ensure all scaffolding work complies with safety standards and regulations.
Manage scaffolding personnel and subcontractors.
Conduct safety inspections and tool audits.
Liaise with project management to align scaffolding activities with project schedules.
Ensure proper documentation of scaffolding activities and safety reports.
Identify and resolve issues related to scaffolding operations.Qualifications & Experience:Candidates must hold an ITI, Diploma, or Graduation.
Extensive experience in scaffolding, especially in Offshore, Marine, or Shipbuilding projects.
Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and procedures.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
