- Develop and maintain business relationships to maximize revenue and profit, while ensuring timely delivery and great service.
- Get to know the connections between Skyways Technics and our existing and potential customers.
- Identify key players involved in purchasing spare parts and repair services within customer organizations.
- Build strong connections with decision-makers.
- Gather market insights about existing solutions for our customers.
- Create and sell customized offers tailored to specific customer needs.
- Ensure our service levels meet both customer and company expectations.
- Continuously seek out new sales leads with current and future customers.
- Attend exhibitions and trade fairs to promote our offers and connect with industry professionals.
- Work closely with the commercial team to assess potential customers and develop effective sales strategies.
- Report to the Head of Sales - EMEA with updates on sales performance and market trends.
- Applicants must be able to relocate and live in Dubai, UAE.
- Willingness to travel regularly for business as needed
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong people skills and a team player.
- Good understanding of different cultures and communication styles.
